Furthermore I confirm that the company will make all VAT declarations and applications concerning the goods purchased from or delivered to IC TECH SP. Z O.O. as required by EU law and national law both of the country of registration and of the country of delivery (if different).

I herewith declare that the provided information is true, updated and correct. I also declare that the Company is registered and has a valid VAT number.
